Chick-fil-a - Ladera Ranch

If I could marry their peach shake I would be proposing the minute we meet. But tragically knowing my luck I would drop the ring into a crack somehow. NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN... Sadly I'm stuck in an arranged marriage so my dreams are crushed. Another tip for the homies, order take out and just pick it up when you get in the restaurant so you don't have to wait. My gosh, who am I kidding this is the best fast food place! Love you guys. Stay tuned for more reviews.

Went to this location for dinner with a friend and our kiddos. The food was delivered with no mistakes and was delicious. The reason I'm writing this review is to express how kind and generous the staff was. We were having a great time and so engrossed in conversation that we didn't realize it was several minutes past their closing time. No one on staff asked us to leave or let us know they were closing up shop. Instead, when I realized it was after hours, they kindly said not to worry and that we could stay longer because they were still cleaning up anyway. It was so sweet a gesture, but of course we decided to leave asap so they could clean quickly and get home. I just thought it was a great experience to have an interaction with fast food staffers who were kind and continued to display top notch customer service even at the very end of their workday. Good food, great people.

Today was my first time in Chick-fil-A, I'm more of a Red meat guy, but Jayden Rasher was so kind and helpful, a wonderful employee. He is a keeper. Helped me understand all that there is to select from , such a kind and sweet Kid. I'll keep coming Back.

I absolutely love the food and the service is very friendly! However, I've been experiencing a recurring issue—more than half the time—when I order a Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich. Whenever I try to substitute the regular cheese for pepper jack (or even Colby Jack, like I did today), I often end up receiving a Spicy Deluxe sandwich instead. Since I always order online, it’s not a case of miscommunication. I hope this feedback is helpful. Thank you!
