Bruegger's Bagels - Ladera Ranch

The bagels here are delicious, but be ready to wait for them. Recently, there's been a noticeable slowdown in service that wasn't there before. I'm confident they'll work it out soon, and I hope it happens quickly.

The food is decent, but their safety procedures during the pandemic are seriously inadequate. They don’t allow for ordering through a phone app, and when I went inside to place my order, I noticed one of the employees was wearing his mask below his nose. I want to support local businesses during this tough time, but I refuse to jeopardize my health for it. There are safer alternatives available.

This is the best bagel shop in the area, and the staff is even better! They are the kindest, most patient, welcoming, and attentive group of women!

Be cautious. The Side of Cream Cheese is advertised as a full tub, but you only receive a small plastic cup with enough for one bagel, and it costs $2.69.

My favorite is the family brunch box. It includes a variety of dishes and is perfect for serving a group of eight people.
