Taco Bell - Lackawanna

This is one of the best places I've ever dined. The food was well-prepared with great attention to detail, and the dining area was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it's quite impressive for fast food!

We just picked up our food from the drive-thru and requested that our order be made vegetarian, as we usually do. However, we tried calling their number several times, only to find out it’s out of service. This isn’t the first time we’ve received meat in our order, and while we understand that mistakes can happen, it would be helpful to have a working phone line for communication.

Sometimes, an issue arises with one of the items I order. For instance, the fries supreme might be cold, or the hot wings could be stale. However, the staff consistently addresses the problem by providing a fresh replacement.

I was really disappointed. Taco Bell used to be decent, but now it feels like it's hit rock bottom.

I actually really enjoyed the quesadillas. They were very good—I'm usually not a fan, but I had a great dinner last night!
