The service may have been slow, but my Lobster Ravioli was only lukewarm. Our server struggled with English, which was challenging for us as Texans who do not speak French. The Naanwiches Crev dish was not enjoyable after sampling our friends' meals. The prices were quite high considering the overall experience.
My Wiffe and I had dîner at Bâton Rouge. The food was great, the service was great. The section was more than sufficient. We go back to every Bâton Rouge restaurant.
Four of us went to this restaurant last night for dinner. Ribs were the most important course for three of us and the other person had Steak. Food and service were great and Crème brûlée were very appreciated. This restaurant is very clean and the host is always very friendly and professional. Recommend this restaurant. Not all Baton Rouge are just as good...
It was my birthday dinner with my family. My husband and I, we ordered **** steaks, none of us got it, we both got a medium (not even medium rare, or rare). If it would have been just one of us, I'd say it's a...mistake coincident, but both of us and 2 stages different from what we ordered?! Additionally, the potato baked in the oven was not hot at all, almost cold; actually, in general, to food was not warm enough (plates were cold). They forgot to bring me sauce for the stake. In terms of dessert, we both ordered the trio creme brulee. And again, both of us, all 6 cups had burned sugar on top of it! This is not a coincident! Someone is doing something wrong in the kitchen! The lady who served us was very nice, helpful, excusing herself for the mistakes the cooks did, but it was not her fault. She was trying hard. At the end, they offered 15% off, at least. But the price for what we got was uneven the quality. I'm not coming back, that's sure.
