Whenever we visit NoVa, where we lived for decades, we look for ethnic hole-in-the walls.

We ordered 2 dishes: 1) 1/4 chicken with Yuca and rice; and 2) Tallarin Saltado de Pollo We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

This was absolutely the worst Peruvian chicken I or my wife has ever had and she is from Peru!!! It had no flavor at all.
