Vietnamese Restaurant - La Vista

Good. Stopped in here for lunch with my wife on a Tuesday in August. It's not going to win any awards for most imaginative restaurant name, but I guess it gets its point across. I ordered the Charbroiled Pork & Egg Rolls Vermicelli and a bowl of the Thai's Hot & Spicy Soup. The soup was good and had a nice heat level. It wasn't too spicy to eat or anything drastic like that. The vermicelli entrée was good. Pork had a great flavor. My wife tried the Red Curry with Chicken and like it but thought it was too runny. I am not terribly excited about the food here and I'm not jumping up and down to come back here again soon, but they do serve good food. There's just better food at other places closer to where I live and work. Wow! Every time we go here, GREAT service and food! Best fish pot I have ever had! Beef Pho is always always delish and who can't get enough spring rolls? Yum! Fresh ingredients. Again, service is wonderful! Giving it a 3.5 for cleanliness and the bathrooms! Ick! It just makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. They are closed on Thursdays! We always return!
