L'Avant Scene - La Rochelle

Every year we visit the film festival and dine here on the midday most days. always excellent service, good value, friendly atmosphere, despite the despair of filmfanatikens that will bring them to bear! eating is first class.

Cheap and cheerful, but quite stylish. just a bit (20m) away from the tourist caffes, but eat much cheaper. beer is quite expensive as they would expect. wein is not as good as you often get in france, but not terrible. fair limited menu, but. eating is very good, especially for the location. good quality too. service was very good.

We went there to apéritif, the dame was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. I would definitely make a drink again.
