Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing; it appeared to have been sitting out for a while before being served. The cheese was lukewarm and somewhat congealed. To our surprise, out of the 14 inches, two inches had no toppings at all—just a crust that looked overworked, as if they had made a pizza meant for a 12-inch base and simply stretched it onto a larger size. The fries were also a letdown—dark brown and inedible, when you would typically expect golden, crispy fries. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience. I frequent this location and usually opt for takeout, but based on what I was served last night, I cannot recommend it. It was a total letdown. I have fond memories of when the restaurant first opened; back then, the pizza was comparable to Como and truly exceptional.

This restaurant has the best pizza in the area, but I've noticed a decline in quality this year. The last time my aunt ordered from here, all three of them ended up sick and had to rush to the bathroom. I somehow managed to be okay. I wouldn't recommend the bacon pizza; it was greasy and tasted terrible. Stick with the pepperoni pizza; it's definitely the better choice.

My girlfriend ordered the 14-inch family special, but when it arrived, we received a 12-inch pizza instead, with no sodas or fries included. We were told that because it was a 12-inch pizza, it didn't qualify for the special, despite the fact that they made the wrong size. They were unwilling to correct the mistake. To make matters worse, the green peppers were nearly burnt. I understand that finding staff can be challenging these days, but it's important to teach employees the basics of good customer service. We used to order from here all the time.

I strongly recommend that you avoid ordering from this restaurant. I placed a simple order for a cheeseburger with fries and a small 10-inch pizza at 4:22 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 6:10 PM. I even called at 6 PM to check on my order, and the person on the phone told me, “We don’t make cheeseburgers here.” What?! The food was disappointing, the service was terrible, and the wait time for such a simple order was unacceptable. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this place. I live less than 5 kilometers away, and this was the experience I had—completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Total waste of time.

The service took a bit longer than expected for a submarine sandwich, but the restaurant was clean. The presentation was decent, and the sandwich itself was delicious.
