El Paso Mexican Grill-laplace

Great food and good service! We?re from Tampa and we have decent Mexican food near us, and this place blew them out of the water! The frozen mango margarita tasted like fresh mangos, but it wasn?t very strong. I added an extra shot of tequila and ittoned the sweetness down. We also ordered the bean dip and chicken enchiladas with queso (instead of the red sauce). They wereboth amazing. If I were a local, this would be my go-to place for Mexican food. The outside of the restaurant made it look likea very small walk-up-to-order restaurant, but the outside is very deceiving. It is very large and nice inside. The entirerestaurant has new tables and booths and the skeleton wall paintings gives a very modern feel. This was by far one of the nicestMexican restaurants I?ve visited, so I was very surprised that it was very reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 would highlyrecommend!! ????????????????????

Got the chimichanga meal to go for lunch next day. What I found was total rip off. Never again.

I ordered the two enchiladas plate, one beef and one chicken. I definitely preferred the beef, which had an excellent flavor. The chicken was shredded but lacked sufficient seasoning. The rice and refried beans were above average. The chips were warm, the salsa had a nice kick, and the bean dip was delicious. However, the standout dish was the sopapillas—six warm triangles drizzled with honey and cinnamon, topped with whipped cream. They were absolutely delightful!

I find it a bit strange to review a Mexican restaurant after ordering a burger, but I went with the All American Burger. The toppings were served separately. It's not the best burger I’ve had, but the toppings definitely enhance it. If you're craving a burger while your companions choose Mexican dishes, this place could be worse. I don’t regret my burger choice, but I wouldn’t rave about it either.

I had an excellent experience with the Nachos Locos, they were truly outstanding! The medium Frozen Mango Margarita was much larger than I anticipated and had the perfect flavor—definitely not watered down. It made for a fantastic lunch with my daughter. The restaurant was spotless, and the prices were more reasonable compared to other places in the area.
