Bidra med feedbackThe service was great but the food had clearly been hanging out under a heat lamp for a while. We also had a table outside in the dark very close to a sulfur spout. We had a young son and folks were great about it but when his fries never showed up and our heat lamp food arrived first things got tricky. We chalked it up to folks are doing the best they can during a pandemic thanksgiving meal.
The hotel grounds are stunning, and although the menu is somewhat limited, the food I tried was absolutely delicious. The service was efficient, and my meals were served promptly. There were a few families enjoying the area during my visit, but it wasn’t disruptive at all.
I had Thanksgiving brunch here, and it was fantastic! The buffet offered a variety of great options, making it well worth the price.
I made a reservation for Thanksgiving brunch with my family, hoping for a special experience. I chose this restaurant because of its lovely atmosphere, beautiful views, and high-quality food, having visited it many times before. I confirmed our reservation over the phone and increased the number of guests from four to six. However, when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation for six and almost didn't seat us. Eventually, we were placed in a large, empty ballroom, while there were plenty of open tables in the main dining area, which had live music and a great ambiance that I had hoped to enjoy. We spent about 1.25 hours there in the ballroom, and the cost was $641.33 for all six of us, in a space that felt deserted. On a positive note, the waitstaff were exceptional, but I was very disappointed, especially since we were hosting two other couples who are family.
Nice attentive service. Breakfast dishes arrived long after expected and seemed to have been sitting out, perhaps in a steam table array, and assembled for our plates, rather than having been made to order as one would have imagined from the delay.
