Bidra med feedbackI visited this place this morning to get some DOT documents printed for our truck, but I was informed that the computer couldn't be used for that purpose. This is disappointing customer service, especially for your most significant spending customers! If it were up to me, I wouldn’t choose a Pilot/Flying J, as it seems this company has forgotten who helped make them successful. I wonder how many regular cars would stop and spend a minimum of $900 on fuel every couple of days.
Why would you choose to eat at a sit-down restaurant when you could just grab a meal at Subway? Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Subway, but for a dining experience, it just doesn't compare. Also, the women's restroom was quite dirty during my visit.
This is a small Flying J. Very tight for RVs or towing. Vehicles park everywhere and truck lined block lanes. Male Flying J clerk quite rude for me. Unsweetened Iced Tea was out, so I asked if I could take bottles instead and he said he would replace well, but he then ignored me, helped others and then began to store cash register shelves. The subway crew was nice, but many toppings looked past their best (i.e. brown salad). My chips were silent, had not noticed a cut in the pocket on the street. Breathe one and threw him out.
Very clean truck stop inside. 1 washing machine 3 dryers. 1 dryer works great. Parking lot watch out for the pot holes. Dirty lot in spots so don't leave your windows open. They have a subway and a pizza store inside. The pizza is great.
I parked to the side of a reserved spot (in the dirt with potholes) and was told to move or pay $15. I don?t have a problem paying for parking, except when it is not clearly marked and it is in dirt with potholes everywhere. Horrible lot management. Gave them $15 cash to keep them away and get back to sleep. Never coming here again.
