Cooking Taichi - La Dorada

I discovered this little gem while by coincidence. Food is great. The service could improve. Overall I highly recommend it.

This is a comfortable restaurant with pleasant decor. We had the best Sichuan eggplant I have ever had. The eggplant was cooked just right, meltingly soft without being mushy and the sauce was perfect with just enough heat to balance the sweetness. We also had...KungPao chicken which was also well prepared. It is so hard to find good Chinese food, this was a real treat. It was moderately priced as well

Hermoso lugar, con un servicio de 5 estrellas y una comida espectacular. Recomiendo especialmente el Pato asado.

Excelente comida tradicional china, si quieren probar verdadera comida china, vengan aquí.

Caro pero flojo!! Pedimos un domicilio de Carne Hot, Lo Mein de vegetales, pot stickers (empanadas asadas) y rollos primavera.
