Bidra med feedbackA couple of weeks ago, I was waiting in the lobby when an older woman walked in. She mentioned to the counter staff that her birthday was approaching and wondered if she could get just a grilled cheese sandwich. The worker surprised me by offering to chip in $2 of her own money to help this woman who clearly couldn't afford more. It was a touching gesture that truly showed how she went above and beyond in such a meaningful way.
I was in the lobby a few weeks ago when an older woman came in. she told the worker that it was almost her birthday and she wondered if she could only get a grilled cheese sandwich. the worker volunteers to contribute $2 of her own debt to this stranger who could clearly no longer afford. it went beyond and beyond to such a sensible way.
The person who took my order was friendly, but when she handed me my coffee, the lid was a bit rough. It's not a huge issue; I can easily transfer it to another cup. Still, it's worth mentioning.
I really enjoy the rewards program at Dunkin', and I think their food and drinks are fantastic. However, I believe it would be better if the employees didn't drink as much on the job. It can be quite frustrating when you request something specific and it turns out wrong, affecting the taste of your drink. On the bright side, whenever this happens, the customer service is excellent, and they often offer to remake the drink or provide a voucher for a different one!
I usually enjoy visiting this Dunkin', but today I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. While I understand that hot food and ice cream can be a lot to manage, the girl at the drive-thru window was quite rude. When she asked if I wanted a drink with my ice cream, it felt like she didn't want to prepare it for me at all, and she even rolled her eyes! I ended up going to another Dunkin' in the city, and I had a much more pleasant experience there. It's clear they take their employee training seriously!
