Bidra med feedbackI have known Mehmet, Esref, Ahmet for 18 years. They started as a small restaurant outside The British Hotel. Now they have the whole corner of the harbour. Their food is excellent and their hospitality is second to none. Highly recommended it to anyone who visits The Harbour.
Fresh and very tasty food and very friendly staff looking forward to coming back there fabulous.
Unfortunately we were really sold on this place. Nice gentleman outside chatting and telling us about the place. Seemed attentive along with good reviews but from start to finish the while experience fell short on value for money sadly. We were rather disappointed. Won't go there again. I won't recommend the others in reflection of our situation at the tjnr
We stopped for coffee and tea. Coffee arrived. took longer for tea. Tea bag packet was not green tea as we asked was mint. We complained. They brought another tea. This time allready teabag in water. Same tea we sent back ..mint. when the waiter was confronted he argued with us ..shouted at us .. telling us we don't know and that it is ada cay and ada cay is green tea. I told him ada cay is sage and not green tea. Green tea is yesil cay. He still would not have it . Bcs he's from Pakistan and he knows his tea. And what we doing there if we can't get what we want. So I told him wer there bcs he said he has green tea. And all this while the manager Boss is watching. That boy should not work 1 seconds in a restaurant. Only here can a waiter argue with a customer. Paid our coffee and left.
It took forever to get what i ordered. After two reminders to the waiters, it was already 45 min since i ordered. The head of waiters became rude and impolite, and finally stated that they didn 't have the item I ordered because there 's too many people and they don 't have time . And it seems we were not the only people disappointed that day. Moreover, to say the least, prices are high..probably the highest in town. Just don 't go
