The Door Takakura - Kyoto

Excellent place for cocktails, rich barman and a wide range of spirits. They also speak Japanese and a bit English. On the plus side the food is also very good (I recommend the gorgonzola pasta). Negroni was perfect.

Hidden on this bar by mistake and it was incredible. Very relaxed atmosphere, great selection of whisky, wine and cocktails at a good price. Servers were too big – a must for a visit to Kyoto!

Excellent. Amazing selection of liqueurs, courtesy courtesy and professional staff and absolutely dripping with class.

Very prim, right and excellent. If you want a nice, quiet bar with a beautiful whisky selection, then this is your place. Very nice seats at the bar.
