Muffin Break - Kurunjang

Can I give a rating of zero? I ordered a hot chocolate and specifically requested it without sugar or sweetness. However, what I received was an extremely sweet hot chocolate. When I inquired about why it was so sweet despite my request, the staff were rude and impatient. They told me I should have asked for a weaker flavor. It's unfortunate that I wasn't aware that hot chocolate typically contains sugar. Overall, terrible service.

I ordered a Soy Latte but didn't receive a receipt until I had to ask for one. The barista mumbled under her breath that I was a nuisance. I also wasn't asked if I had a muffin break card. Instead of my Soy Latte, I was served a Chai Latte. When I pointed out the mistake to the barista, she rolled her eyes and glanced at me before insisting that I had ordered the Chai Latte. It was a disappointing experience.

Just to clarify, this review is intended for fellow customers, not the owner or corporate office. If they were really concerned about customer feedback, they would probably send out a mystery shopper. Unfortunately, I couldn't give zero stars.

Another day, another delightful muffin from Muffin Break. With my cravings for cake and pastries during isolation, I'm thrilled that Muffin Break is still open. They offer such a wide variety that I can always try something different. This time, I chose a blueberry muffin, and it was wonderfully soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The little dollop of icing on top adds just the right touch of sweetness and complements the juicy blueberries beautifully. The staff member who served me was friendly, and the store itself has a lovely atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi in the center is good. I ordered a large latte, which was quite pleasant, but I felt it lacked enough coffee flavor and was mostly just milk.
