Everything was great, but I had a moment of surprise when I noticed my sundae was only two-thirds full.

I found it quite frustrating to pay extra for food that wasn’t prepared properly. The iced chocolate had barely any whipped cream and more ice than drink. We ordered all vanilla Cokes with ice, but we only received one vanilla Coke while the other two were regular Cokes without ice. The burgers were tasty, but they were served cold. Please make the food when the delivery person is on their way, not when the order is first placed. If I had come into the store to pick it up myself, the food would have been hot and fresh. It’s disappointing that it’s not the same when I pay someone else to collect it. Please do your jobs properly; you’re being paid for it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and as a former worker at Hungry Jack's, I know I would have been fired for this.

The experience was awful. My burger order was wrong, and there was no lettuce. The fries were spilled in the bag, soaking in the spilled Coke. To top it off, they forgot my Storm.

Burger was cold and bland. Chips were yummy
