Brazen Dessert - Kurunjang

I was not planning to come here, but I was hankering for some Ice cream. And If your feeling the same as me, this Cafe will end this hankering, and completely satisfiy your tastebuds. First off, The service was great. Quick, Polite, Friendly and most Importantly it was Good Service. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff were. Next, There was all the delicious Ice-cream! So many different flavours of not only Ice-cream, but delicious gelato. I was completely confused on which flavours to get. In the end I got One lemon, Mixed Berry and Bubble Gum! It took a while though to decide.<br/ <br/ Finally, This Cafe is not only tasty but looks amazing too! Nice wooden tables, black celling, a really nice suttle modern cafe with it's own flare!<br/ <br/ I will be telling all my friends to try out this delicious gelato cafe and I will definitely be coming back!

On a very warm summer’s day, how nice to enjoy a real milkshake with tasty vanilla ice cream and milk. No need for squirts of artificial flavour syrup.

We were invited to Brazen which was super exciting for me as I absolutely love brownies. This is so much more than a brownie shop though, make no mistake their brownies are delicious but they also housemake exceptional ice cream. We were lucky enough to try their seasonal hot cross bun flavour and it was super yummy.<br/ <br/ Today we had a mango smoothie which was made using the mango gelato (which is vegan as I believe all their fruit flavours are), passion fruit gelato and lemon gelato. This was a really refreshing and zingy drink. We also had the mint milkshake and the bold flavour of the mint paired beautiful with the little brownie bite sprinkled on top- did anything ever go better than mint and chocolate?<br/ <br/ We also had two brownie sundaes. The first was a hazelnut brownie base with a scoop of snickers ice ice cream and the raspberry gelato on top. The tartness of the raspberry worked perfectly to cut through the sweetness of the rich gooey brownie. <br/ <br/ The second sundae had a coconut brownie base with the golden gaytime on top as well as the lemon gelato. I definitely recommend choosing one of the less sweet flavours to pair with the brownie as it complements that intense chocolate hit really well.<br/ <br/ You can taste the quality ingredients in all of the flavours. For example it’s obvious there’s real lemons in there, and actual hot cross buns used to infuse the ice cream. The brownies themselves are also perfection. You will probably find yourself standing there devouring all the samples while you make the choice of what delight to order. The good news is I don’t think you can go wrong with whatever you pick!

Last night we were invited to try some of the sweet desserts available at Brazen Dessert Bar. Their Fairfield store was quite busy when we walked in which was a promising sign. Despite being run off their feet staff made us feel welcome and made dessert selection recommendations.<br/ <br/ Tonight we tried the chocolate waffles which came with gelato and a choice of chocolate or maple syrup topping... we went the chocolate. We also tried the brownies or which there was quite a selection and I had a peanut butter banana smoothie while KD had a long black. <br/ <br/ The waffles were magnificent. We had these with a scoop of cookies and cream and a scoop of the new Easter inspired hot cross bun gelato. Both worked well with the chocolate waffles. <br/ <br/ The hot cross bun gelato was something you should definitely try while available especially if you like rum raisin flavours. So good!<br/ <br/ The peanut butter smoothie was also delightful with a reasonably strong peanut butter taste. It’s my go to smoothie at the moment and very on trend. <br/ <br/ KDs coffee was a little bitter to her taste... most likely the coffee beans used. <br/ <br/ Brazen have recently opened up their second store<br/ in Kew East which must be an exciting addition for the locals there. <br/ <br/ Thanks so much for inviting us in.

I haven't visit cafe in Fairfield for a year then some cafe and takeaway shops have gone and some have opened.<br/ <br/ This place was newer place when I went.<br/ Staff were very friendly and offered us the sample brownie. It was moist, tasty and soft.<br/ Coffee and Gelato were great.<br/ I will get some brownie next time.
