Very Good and Nice Restaurant, went to pick up food there

The little Hesburger is really sympathetic. There are five tables where you sit. Inside there are two screens to make orders yourself and then you can also offer from the desk. Autoside is a way to get your food from entering. The staff was really polite and the food was what you could expect from Hesburger.

Good food and usually quite fast driving. You can also order your meal with Hesburger App before you arrive!

Foods are great, but customer service is not up to the mark.

My autistic bro (who sometimes dresses up as a girl because of his autism) didn't receive his order (worth 12 euros btw) because he was waiting outside and people thought he was acting suspicious.... please clarify what he did wrong?
