Little Caesars Pizza - Kuna

Pizzas aren?t actually ready when you need them. When I arrived the person ahead of me had already placed an order for one pizza. I immediately placed my order for two pizzas and two crazy breads since all the hot and ready bins were basically empty. That?s it. They told me it?d be a few minutes wait. I waited 40 minutes for my order. Got served about 15 minutes after the guy in front of me. I get that there are dinner rushes sometimes, but literally only one other person came in after me, and there were still no extra pizzas or breadsticks prepared in that time. Nothing ?ready? or ?express? about my experience. Also, heads up, the pizzas are actually smaller than the ones you normally get for $5. All that wait time for less food was annoying to say the least. Needless to say, I?m just ordering next time. It always takes less than 40 minutes for delivery here anyways.

Most of the time, the hot and ready warmers are empty, and if you're waiting for an order to be prepared, it can be quite frustrating. The employees I encountered seemed unmotivated and lacked basic customer service skills. They also tend to close early quite frequently; for instance, on Friday, July 22, they shut down at 6:00 PM. I’ve been surprised by the lack of effort that goes into making a basic pizza. Honestly, it doesn't really feel worth the $5 they charge, but I suppose it’s convenient if they actually have the pizza available.

The quality of the pizza varies depending on who is working, but when it's good, it’s a fantastic value for the price, loaded with a generous amount of cheese.

Every time I visit the restaurant, both hotboxes are empty. The staff members seem to be either all occupied or moving at a snail's pace.

My daughter loves this pizza! You can't beat the price. The staff is always ready with pizza. Go in and get out.
