Great chilli pan mee as always. The uncle makes the noodles to order in batches so expect to wait a bit, but it's worth it for that chewy bite. Be warned! The gunpowder chilli is spicy, so proceed with caution.

The original chili pan mee and still one of the best. I have fond memories of eating at the stall when they started in an empty parking lot, under the shade in the hot sun or pouring rain. The right way to eat this is break the poached and and coat all the noodles with the gooey egg and then load it up with as much dry chilli flakes as you can take so that every strand of noodle is coated with chili flakes! Even the young ones will love this (with or without the chili flakes)!
