Bidra med feedbackTwo weeks ago we went for a bite to eat at Mood Tilburg with a group of catering owners from Tilburg. A nice thing. We chose the mood experience. We have the weekend today and ordered 3 limoncello per person. We had also already ordered 2 bottles of Pouilly Fumé. When it came to the meat dish, we ordered a nice red wine. Unfortunately, just like the previous wines, it was not quite at the correct temperature. So we indicated that we would cool it down a bit. In the meantime we ordered a limoncello (one of our colleagues at the bar, the other at the table). We never had this and ultimately paid for it. The waiter came with a carafe of tap water, because the rules are that you are not allowed to have more than 5 shots. We were shocked. They should have told us this earlier after 2 bottles of wine costing around €50. As far as we know, they should have told us earlier that we were no longer allowed to order this last shot € down, which could have been quite a bit more, we never received paid for the red wine. For us, never eat with our colleagues in Tilburg again... What a bad thing service!!!!

Food was really not good, very trendy and beautiful interior in a quite nice location, with quite friendly staff, there was no one in the room in the afternoon, we were with 10 people and asked if we could sit at the back, which was possible after discussion, the most important thing is the food Starter sushi 4 pieces per person and half a baked mix chosen, sat at two tables, 1 boat brought with only sushi and 1 boat with baked mix, the waiter had us sit at the chairs so that everyone who wanted sushi sits on the sushi side, the same for fried starters instead of simply presenting a mix of sushi and fried starters on the boat Rice good topping ok salmon mediocre fresh A bit of a bad smell anyway We ourselves might think the sauce is a bit sour. Tenderloin requested a rare color on the outside, black on the outside and almost completely cooked on the inside, this is clearly a point. Further plate of dressing, 3 pieces of potato, a puree spread out and an oven-cooked carrot on top, the cream sauce that was there too much salt and the fries that were fried and brown in color Which you couldn't break with two hands, we initially thought this was normal, but after a few bites we had a toothache because all the jars were filled with it and we probably forgot to remove it from the oil pan in time. Really REALLY HARD, the dessert was ok, a kind of chocolate mouse with cream in three layers with coulis and a strawberry on top, this supposedly won a prize at the tournament, when I look at the books with the introduction of Eveline Wu, this seems to me to be just a trade name but not the quality of food served on the plate in this case We dined with 10 people and spent €500+, which is outrageous for this location and setting This should be possible better. They do better in a regular brasserie Their best shame for just the food 50 per person to ask Just because it's beautiful inside doesn't mean that The food doesn't have to be fancy Clearly not trying.
