The view and the atmosphere are absolutely fantastic. the service is also great. the confit ente watermelone salat is the dish that they cannot miss. it is an excellent taste and texture. the bark wellington is beautiful, the bark itself is tasteful. the court is to me to “mushroomy”. the taste of the mushroom is too strong.

The best restaurant I've ever been. service was first-class and the food was excellent and the beautiful view! we came here to celebrate a common birthday and had a fantastic evening. the waiters and waiters were highly trained and made us something special. not to mention the incredible food. they had to die. I never had ribs that were so tender, smokey and thick. we also tried her dessert, which was as expected. I will definitely return to this maze

The restaurant itself has a really beautiful interieur that gives a warm but modern mood. it is located directly at the harbour tsim sha tsui and gives a really beautiful view to the outside. eating is expensive, but not extremely overwhelming. the food was good, especially her appetizers and desserts, we went on a Sunday so that we had to taste her Sunday roast, which was also good. her service was not the best, however, because the waiter who was assigned to our table did not have much geduld when he served us, and also did not speak quite clearly. overall a good experience and is worth going at least once!

Excellent service and good mood. unfortunately the shades were during a sunny day, ergo no harbour view. the food was beautifully presented and strong in taste (or I should say something too sweet/salted to my taste). average hkd450 per head for lunch (1 main, 1 starter and 1 dessert to share, plus coffee/tea).

Had a high expectation on the beef Wellington but it was quite disappointing. It's cripsy on the outside and tender on the inside, yet the meat and mushroom were barely seasoned. For other dishes, pork pie, the rib eye steak, pea risotto and baby chicken, they tasted pretty good! The highlight of the night, ironically, it's the dessert! The lemon meringue and passion fruit souffle are insanely amazing!! I'm not a sweet lover so the sour and fruity flavor are just perfect for me. Beef Wellington is bit overrated somehow. It's still a pretty nice experience here in maze grill.
