Vuohijärven Uimapaikka - Kouvola

Clean and small, the water really clear. Swimming pier and sandy bottom, quite shallow.

We drove from Kouvola towards Mäntyharju and it was +30C outside. We noticed Vuohijärvi's swimming spot on Google Maps and went there to get a quick cool down The place was clean, through the changing room to swim and after swimming the journey continued.

Been swimming here from the cottage for years, it's always as nice to visit. The village association takes care of the beach, a big thank you to them for that

A sheltered bay with a sandy bottom and a gentle beach, so it is especially suitable for children. The train line runs on the embankment next to it, so you can admire the traffic of the railway line while relaxing. On the beach, a grassy area where you can lounge or eat snacks, although there is also one table. There is a reasonable parking space, although the beach is usually very calm.

I’ve beenkiimming here for years and always have fun. The city takes care of the beach, thank you.
