Sagittarius - Kos

We found this place by accident. It's way higher up on the main road in tigaki than the other restaurants. We were quite desperate to find a place that offers more vegetarian options than just fried feta. And Sagittarius had so many options, big portions, yummie things and the family running this place is super nice and inviting. They told us about their olives and they tasted so good omg. Lovely family run restaurant with a lot of vegetarian options the Greek vegetarian mixed plate was amazing and the couple who run the place were so friendly! Very cozy, beautiful fountain. Unfortunately we had a bit of difficulty when ordering. Price was okay, unfortunately the food wasn't warm and very disappointing. Can be further recommended. Ordered the vegan scavenger that came with fresh ves and potatoes. nice to have kartoffeln instead of chips for a change! I wasn't sure what to expect with the carving, but it was very delicious. I think it had a mixture of different veg inside, with a delicious crispy coating. reminded me of the witness! something like a roasted, only without serious. would have been nice to have a kind or sauce or gravy, as the vege was a little bland. another little thing is that it seemed that there were more vegan options on the board mentioned outside, but above all vegetarian things on the menu in the inner mentioned. I hope they will sort a separate vegan menu or a section!
