Trattoria da mimo gmbh - Konz

Incredible, a restaurant that does not accept cards, mentioned at the door and on the first page of the menu. asked for him and at the end they have accepted my Maestro card (no mastercard.) the address on tripadvisor (nr 1) is not correct, it is on the other end of the road. about eating: pizza mushroom is reasonable, not great, the basic was not well cooked. the tiramisu was disappointing. watery and without much taste, they expect it to be frozen before. so overall disappointed. the service was good.

We had a few meal times in this excellent restaurant. easy to find in the first floor above the information center. the menu is varied and also has specialties of the day. eating is plentiful and the restaurant was always busy with local and...holiday manufacturers. the personal is very friendly and efficient and in many languages controversial.

I visited last summer 2014 by big parents in conc. they never go out to eat, but we convinced them to go to a restaurant. they suggested mimo because it has a balcony with view of the river. the decor was really tasteful,...and the balcony was well located and roomy. I am vegetarian, we do not speak German, and my great parents order slowly yet I found the waiters very helpful. a waitress spoke English, she waited for us to decide about our meal times, and she took some beautiful pictures of us to remember our time. the best part but, my dish ravioli was filled with goat cheese with feigen and cherry tomato in a rosen sauce. the best meal I have ever eaten in a small restaurant in a small town in southern Germany is to be found! the price for 5 people with wine and foam water was very reasonable. a very positive experience! thanks mimo!

The restaurant is located on the top floor of a eckhaus opposite the donut circular traffic. it really doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you get up, a very domestic ambiente and excellent smell invites you. we had no reservation, but we managed to eat the last high table; everything else was full. there were families with babies and older children, couples of all age groups and gastronomic facilities in the relatiw small area. the pizzas we had were excellent, although I was not so happy with the mixed starter plate. but this is just personal taste: I thought it was too hard on the mozzarella. the staff was very attentive and everything in everything, a great night outside.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne mit der Familie zu Mimo essen. Es schmeckt dort unglaublich lecker und man wird immer satt. Besonders leckerer Pastagerichte! Service ist immer nett und es ist ein schönes Ambiente mit gemütlicher Terasse mit Saarblick im Sommer. Kinder und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und werden nicht mit Augenrollen empfangen, wie wir es leider schon bei anderen Restaurants erlebt haben. Ich kann Da Mimo nur empfehlen !
