Three times I was in this institution and there are always some overlays, then they lose the order, then they give the order to a friend, and the last time they were with children, they ordered pizza and sushi, as a result, the pizza was brought in about thirty minutes the children were worn out , and the sushi was waiting An hour and a half left without waiting. No luck, I hope, only to us. As they explained to us, everything is done on a first come, first served basis, which also includes takeaway dishes. I do not understand why it is impossible to separate these orders, and not cook everything together. We are disappointed that the evening did not go well. I do not advise. Не везёт, надеюсь, только нам. Как нам объяснили, все делается в порядке очереди, в которой участвуют и блюда на вынос. Не понимаю почему нельзя разделить данные заказы, а не готовить все вместе. Мы расстроены, вечер не удался. Не советую.

Обслуживание ужасное, официанты не справляются даже при пустом зале, постоянно забывают, про заказы. Выбор пива маленький, цены на пиво и закуски высокие, порции маленькие. Официанты извиняются перед всеми столиками за свои косяки и задержки. 30 минут наливать пиво это рекорд... Пивная кружка, стыдно так называться с таким обслуживанием... СПб и Пиворама на 2 головы выше.

I have been going to this restaurant for almost a year, either for lunch or in the evening with friends to have some drinks and sing karaoke. The evening atmosphere is especially enjoyable, as the evening events are always very slimly related. What can I say about the service? It's okay, but I'm not a demanding person in general and I'm just looking to have a good time. I recommend the Caesar salad with shrimp. I do not recommend the poké, as it's better to just eat and drink water with a slurp. The alcoholic drinks are also good! The beer is pleasant and always cheers me up after a hard day. The staff is also great! The people there make all the difference!

I want to highlight the excellent service at the restaurant in Kolpino by two wonderful waiters, Polina and Alexey. The staff is always responsive and attentive! And special thanks to the chef Sergey Fedosov for the perfectly cooked dish and incredibly beautiful presentation.

Great cuisine, fantastic service. The only small observation, which did not spoil the celebration overall, was that we were not warned that there would be a screen unfolding above the corner tables we reserved, and that there would be not music playing, but rather mixed martial arts fights.
