Was a little upset the website said they closed at eighth get there and they we're closing at 7 it was 703...

Went to get 4 coneys-1fry 1-onion ring and 2 large cokes. At drive through he said $34 and change. Absolutely overpriced. Went to Cone Palace and saved $14. I will never pay that much....never again will we stop there again.

Unclean, messy, poor taste, rootbeer freeze was old and tasted bad. Service was mediocre.

I wanted to order through the drive and said hello, because it seemed like no one was there, waited 3 minutes, and finally a person reacted and was as if I were waiting for her order here and said it was very rude and she was very rude when she said the ice machines were broken, and they weren't even busy as if nobody else were going through the drive, felt as if we were going through.

My husband and I brought our 3 young grandsons there for a meal this evening. We purchased 3 kids meals for the 3 oldest which happened to come with a free ice cream ticket. The youngest and I were sharing a meal. Once finished we let the 3 use their tickets. As for the youngest I went to the counter and explained to the gentleman that he did not have a ticket and I would like to purchase one very small for a 2 year old. He very politely said yes man and that he would take care of it. I handed him a twenty dollar bill for payment in which he told me no that he would take care of it and not to worry about it. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes. I returned to our table with the ice cream and started feeding it to my grandson. After quite a few minutes a female manager I assume came to our table and asked if we had a ticket for that ice cream. I explained to her the situation and in so many words she informed us we needed to pay for the ice cream. I of course paid the dollar but find this very unacceptable to come to a patrons table demanding pay in front of other patrons like we were thieves after the ice cream was given to us. This manager or whatever she is is not good for customer service for sure!
