Very slow , only one waitress so not her fault , wouldn’t recommend this to anyone , Very short sighted they would serve more people with extra staff ..

We nearly didn't go here after reading so many bad reviews but it was difficult to get into other restaurants as they were fully booked during the Christmas Markets time of year. The staff were friendly and helpful and even got the chef to make things that weren't on the menu. The cutlery, crockery and glasses were all spotlessly clean. We all chose different things from the menu and all said how delicious the food was. The food came quickly but we didn't feel rushed. All in all, we were more than pleased with this restaurant so much so that we went back there the following evening.

The woman who greeted us really needs some customer service skills, very bad manners and not pleasant at all. We ordered spring rolls and dumplings to start, Spring rolls were OK normal stuff from a freezer shop and the dumpling were good. However my plate had a big chip out of the edge which was neglectful. As main meals we ordered fried Chicken with chilli and garlic and roasted pork belly I am sorry to say this was not well received, the fried chicken tasted of nothing and considering that chilli and garlic are big flavours this was not good. The roasted pork belly was also tasteless and it was not worth the money 16 Euros for 3 thin strips of over cooked and burnt meat with no trimmings. The worst thing for me was when I asked for the bill the guy who came to take my card asked me what do you want to pay how much tip shall I add, I was so surprised, I have never been asked that way before regarding tips, these people have no shame. I really try to identify positive and negatives when I review anything but I’m sorry this one has no positives and I could never recommend this place to anyone
