She is a character, but her pastries are so good. Get oh so fluffy cardamo roll fresh out of the oven (go around 30-60 minutes after Torvehallerne opens)! You can't miss Cafe Rosa's homey vibes. I got tips about this cafe from a Japanese friend that this cafe is owned by a Japanese. When I believe in the famous Japanese bakery Andersen, I went out to try this cafe in Torvehallen. At first glance it seems that there is a kind of Swedish connection. First they have lusseskatter saffranvride buns, which the Swedes eat during the Advent Week. Secondly, the famous Astrid Lindgren’s role figure has Pippi Long flow everywhere, also on their servants. I didn't really find the Swedish connection later, but we tried it lusse treasure that my Swedish girlfriend approved. As for me, I would not know the difference between a poor rosse treasure or a good rosse, since I only have taken this pastries one or twice before. So I assume that rasse is Swedish approved, kind. The hot chocolate I ordered was also lovely. It was enough little to 40kr, but I could tell that they did it from the bottom, as it should be instead of just pressing buttons on some machines. I think this place is a nice alternative to the more popular Granny House on the corner. When we were ready to travel, we saw that the Japanese bakes made something more of lusse cats to put in the oven. At least I know that these things are really homemade and it is how to be. Love Cafe Rosa. Mayako makes everything from the bottom daily. Her seasonal fruit crumbles are amazing, like her carrot cake. Love Cafe Rosa. Mayako does everything every day. Their season fruit crumbs are amazing as carnierot cake.
