Sulthans Lounge - Kochi

When we arrived there, it was 10:00 and it was almost empty. we ordered for chickens al faham. We returned our order after 5-10mins. We couldn't taste the chicken because it was too frozen. And the service is not pleasant.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but honestly I didn't see any problems. We had Iraqi Al Faham and Chicken Wrap, both were good and price was moderate. The restaurant was tidy and the staff was very friendly

After 2 months I had a very bad experience. now there is an unhygienic environment and atmosphere. there is no exact order. what they can see, there is that the personal has changed and this change affects the restaurant very bad. the old manager did nothing but manager, I even saw him clean. first I thought he was the owner of the restaurant because he had managed the restaurant so well. it is very painful that the person who has just arrived does not know how to arrive in court to the employees there or to the customers who come. I will never introduce it to another person.

Hi. In my experience, Sultan is a charming hotel. In my opinion, there is no other place where you can get such good standard food for less money. And the people there and their behavior are all worth the appreciation, especially the manager called KUNJAKKO and SAFWAN these two are my favorites. I haven't had a bad experience in the last few days eating Sultan food. My favorite dish is biryani and iraqi alfa am. Overall, Sultan is a family with a very friendly atmosphere.

It has been 2 years since I came to Ernakulam. Sulthan restaurant is a place where good food, good service and good atmosphere come together. This is the first time that I feel such respect for a hotel manager. A good man who runs and works with all the staff there. In fact his attitude is what makes us want to go there again.This review is also a reminder that quality people should be chosen when selecting candidates, i.e. people like Kunchako. I am a regular customer and my friends will be there. But today that good service was not received. There's only one reason I'm posting this review, the atmosphere wasn't there today. Only come there because it's sure to be a standard restaurant. Just think it's a customer request. If you have good staff, you will have good customers.
