Paragon Restaurant - Kochi

I ordered food from this restaurant by swiggy. I had guests at home and had ordered 12 parathas together with other means of life. they accused me for 12 parathas, but, delivered only 2 parathas, with the delivery certificate clearly shows 2 parathas. I tried to reach them on the phone, but nobody took that call. with no other option I contacted swiggy and they immediately refunded the cost of 10 parathas. we waited for an hour and imagined that the embedding brought me before my guests. I had no time to order from any other restaurant because it was too late. the restaurant showed no affection to compose for the inkovenience and embedding.

I heard from the biriyani from paragon of a friend of mine and decided to try it. wait was too long, but the line moved fast. biriyani has not met my expectations at all. not much taste, taste or smell. who ties them. it was a really under-average experience and I would not recommend wasting their valuable time here.

We went out for dinner and called ahead since we were dining with elderly parents. Upon arrival, we were directed to the 1st floor and had to wait for about 10 minutes for a free elevator. When we ordered the biriyani, the waiter claimed each serving came with 4 pieces of meat, but we only received 2. We also requested extra pappadam but never received it. The service was poor and the food was not enjoyable. The Kanthari fish was too spicy and the curries were overly sharp. In short, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. We were celebrating our elders' birthday and everything was a mess. The Calicut branch is much more professional in comparison.

The restaurant is located in the shopping center lulu. there are often some waiting before they can sit. this place is known for its lipping kerala cuisine. it is famous for its karimes (fish chey preparation,) fish curry, seafood, chicken meat dishes. they are. also famous for their biriyanis. also try the cocosnus pudding for dessert.

Couldn’t resist going a little crazy, ordered Karri Meen (Local fish fry), Biryani, Shrimp masala, Beed Fry, paratha… AlL excellent!! Strong reputation, great quality!
