Modernark - Kobe

I recently visited Modern Sarcasing and had a wonderful experience as always. I usually order from their vegan menu, but this time my wife decided to try the vegetarian curry. The desserts were also very tasty. I found the prices to be reasonable compared to other vegan and vegetarian options in the Kobe area. I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try. The restaurant was stunning in this well-known cafe, and the staff, like all in Japan, were friendly. We ordered the vegetarian plate and salad combo with an additional protein patty. The food was decent, but lacked a bit of flavor or sauce to make it more exciting. It was not inexpensive for what was offered.

We ended up eating here because the restaurant we originally planned to visit was closed. The dining experience was pleasant and the prices were reasonable.

Modernark is a really nice restaurant and also sells some vegan merck. I wish more of her desserts were vegan.

I really enjoyed the burger I had. A little bit too much mustard for my taste, but the price for a whole menu was very good but the portion a little bit small.
