The Mere Golf Resort - Knutsford

All aspects of the evening were enjoyable, including the ambiance and the service. However, there was an issue with my reservation made through OpenTable, as it was not recognized by the restaurant. Fortunately, there was an empty table available, so the mistake could have been on either OpenTable's or the restaurant's part.

I recently visited a restaurant with a new menu, and the staff was genuinely eager to gather feedback and ensure everything was satisfactory. Their passion for the dishes was evident, especially with the front-of-house team who were polite, attentive, and professional. The pianist contributed to the ambiance, creating a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The food was outstanding—there were three of us dining, and we all chose different starters, main courses, and desserts, and all of them were delicious. I have no complaints about the evening and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
