Zaxby's - Knoxville

In summary, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich, but was given two incorrect orders before finally receiving the correct one. The sandwich was soggy and the fries were not well seasoned. The service was subpar.

We were disappointed that our food order was initially incorrect, but after the buns were remade, the chicken tenders were the highlight of our meal. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. I understand that working in fast food can get hectic and food costs need to be managed. Despite these issues, this restaurant is still my favorite and I visit at least three times a week.

Andrew and Sallie were amazing! We arrived early for our large takeout order of over 40 meals, and they had it ready for us before I could even fill my cup and sit down. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and we loved the drink machine and delicious meals that pleased everyone in our group.

Is my second time there the first one it wasn't good but it was in another location.... here everything was good David or Daniel took my order so nice and Minso he gave me the order it was a pleasure meeting people who loves what they do..I definitely recommend and I'm pretty sure I will be back even when they forgot my spicy sauce...

Had a little incident but ,Holly and Curtis are truly the best. Honestly other restaurants need ppl like them. Hard to find someone that cares about what they do and take pride in it. I would give Holly and Curtis 100 stars if I could.
