Zaxby's - Knoxville

In summary, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich, but was given two incorrect orders before finally receiving the correct one. The sandwich was soggy and the fries were not well seasoned. The service was subpar.

We were disappointed that our food order was initially incorrect, but after the buns were remade, the chicken tenders were the highlight of our meal. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. I understand that working in fast food can get hectic and food costs need to be managed. Despite these issues, this restaurant is still my favorite and I visit at least three times a week.

I only had a salad from here but everyone that had the fried chicken sandwich and chicken salad sandwich enjoyed it! The bread for the fried chicken was

Love Zaxabys, however wasn't pleased with this location Took awhile before we got our food and it was ok.

I went after 9:30pm to get what I know that I will eat and likethe chicken salad sandwich.
