Taco Bell - Knoxville

Rudest management I have ever spoken to. They said this quesadilla was made correctly because they made it themselves. Its complely flat and is 95% tortilla.

Yeah like i eat here all the time and it’s usually good never have a problem but uh today i found a fly in my drink and only caught it bc i had a white light coming from my phone and i was in the dark. and i’m just glad i caught it. i don’t even want anything done or my money back just a heads up lol

Waited 18 minutes to get two value meals and our crunchwrap Supremes were burnt.... Not to mention, we actually went in for making some pizzas and they're completely sold out of them...

Everytime I stop in there the line is backed out to the road for the drive-thru. Yet the line moves really fast. My favorite location. Those kids are always friendly and their food actually looks like menu items.

The current employees that are currently working there are nice and seems to be in good moods most nights they like to chat unlike most taco Bell's I usually can't even get a response from most employes unless it's short and rude but I like these guys ladies, the burritos are actually worth the money. The food is usually always fresh hot some days during lunch it's to hot to eat right away. Most of all the lobby is always open when it's supposed to be!! Most all taco Bell's close the lobby's 24/7 and blame it on not enough employees. Now I have had issues here in the past picking up grub hub or door dash orders or being told by certain employees that they're out of everything and can't make any food, but still open till normal time and I've had issues with them closing early I know most places get annoyed by 5 till and close early but lately they've been good and the food and employees have been wonderful. Now the atmosphere let's be honest it's the same as it was in the 90s when I was just a lil guy but I don't go there for the atmosphere anyways.
