Mcdonald's - Knoxville

If I could give negative 5 I would. The food is of the worst quality of any McDonalds in TN. When you go there it's usually burnt or raw in the middle. The staff are rude. When getting my order from drive-thru I have went to ask for napkins or condiments and many times had the window slammed in my face.

Happy meals with cold hard old fries were given to us Saturday evening. Also asked for extra pickles and it’s on the receipt, only to have one pickle on the sandwich. my iced coffee I got a week before this was absolutely disgusting so no more giving the benefit of the doubt. Obviously this location has issues.

Asked my burger to be well done because I've been getting pink burgers and when I go to eat my food the burger was pinker than when I usually order it! Ridiculous I live near this mcdonalds and everytime they are out of something or just rude when I'm polite and say hello I don't get a reply.

If you don't value your time this is the place for you! Workers don't care about the dinning room and it took almost 25 minutes to receive an order of 2 sandwiches and fries. Not sure what they are doing in the back, but cooking is not at the top of the list.(If at all)

Ordered on mobile app to avoid line in drive thru. Arrived and no curbside so I try to go inside. Doors locked at 8am. Counted 8 employees inside and they are running drive thru only. Manager tries to force me into drive thru at end of line. Then tried to cancel my order. If I didn't point put it was on the screen they would have.
