That's one of my favorite bars in town. I've never been on Earth. Imagine if you have a hipster diving bar that has a beach party in the middle of the industry Knoxville. That's only about half of what you're going to experience. Enjoy!

Bar Marley is my favorite bar in Knoxville; and it's a truly unique idea among all the bars I've ever met anywhere in the USA. The owner is great, and the food is wonderful when available. This place is not for the flood of heart. If you are the type of person, can be served over a theme drink in a recycled soup or a lack of air conditioning, then this bar is not for you. The health assessment here is solid, the only things to fear are your own perceptions and expectations, which should be a proper institution. Open and accept something else. Welcome to the rest of the world.

The atmosphere is super eclectic and we loved it! Very open and accepting kind of crowd. Very friendly staff. My only issue was how spicey all of the food was. We ordered a few different items and I couldn't finish any of it. We will be going again for poetry slam and other events, but we'll probably just stick to the cocktails.

Loved the atmosphere. It reminded of a beach dive bar with the decor, the sandy patio area, and the drum circle outside. The food was good, the drinks were fairly priced, and the service was decent. I loved that they had an old Nintendo with Mortal Combat behind the boat that centers the room. The only negative thing I have to say about it is it could be cleaned up a bit. There's still demo debris outside random clutter all over the inside. I would definitely recommend this place to others though, and will be back.
