Chick-fil-a Homberg Drive - Knoxville

I'm not sure why handicap people have to cross 2 lanes of drive thru traffic, at that point why have handicap parking. I can't imagine trying to navigate a wheen chair around cars in the pouring down rain. but every thing else was greatFood: 5/5

Normally I never have anything negative to say about any Chick-fil-A, but the location of this one is horrendous for getting back into traffic. The no left turn makes it a challenge to get back to work in a timely fashion and no way to get into the adjoining parking lot which has a traffic light is even more frustrating.

Crazy bad traffic pattern and layout. The actual store and people were good. Finally got awesome people working the drive thru area. Guy taking cash today had it rolling fast.Food: 5/5

The chicken strips were so hard I could have broke a tooth. Somebody deep-fried them way too crispy very disappointed won't order them again though.
