Bidra med feedbackI wish I had read previous reviews about this place, it was the worse experience I had in a waffle house. it was 20 minutes before the personal realized that I was there after she had finally taken my order, the cook himself had to bring him to my table. I got plastic goods to eat while all the others got silverware. my coffee was never refilled, but a caucasian couple standing next to me waiting for hand and foot. the server were very unprofessional, screaming over restaurant and horse with the chefs with what seems to be a dishwasher. not even one like was all on the way out, server specified when they are finished (with check) let it here I will get it. this happened between 11/01/2022 between 11:50 and 12:30. go to raleigh or elsewhere and find them a waffle house if they want to be treated like a human! eating was usual waffle house quality, but I give the server a minus f!
We were in the waffle house today. We went in and waited for some to tell us where it was sitting dirty plates all over the table except three tables. The garbage was on the floor. The window seals were dirty as well as the windows. The glasses and plates were chipped. Napkin holders were dirty. The grill was evil (I say that black burned things were over my food.) They had only three customers all over the place. Cigarette shrub was on the outer window seal and doorway as you come into the door. I need to call the inspector so they can check this place. The staff looks like they don't care. What a mess.
The worst experience I ever had in a waffel house. our waiter was slow to come to the table, never asked if we wish a refill on our coffee. when they came, they were missing objects. we never have our waffles, even though I saw them make 30 plus for taking orders. we asked about the manager in the service, but he never came to our table. Yeah, they were busy, but they had no idea what was going on. this is a waffle house we will never come back to. one done! the bad thing is that they don't even deserve a star!
Do Not Order Online I ordered my food at 1:32pm during non busy hours. My food was to be picked up by 2:20 pm. Get there at 2:20 pm and no one has any clue of my online order. Someone finally walks to the back to see that there was an order placed 45mins prior. The gentleman says it will be an additional 20 30 min wait..,, HYLYM!!!! At this point I just want my money back ? Poor service and not to mention the female manager was sitting in the office this whole time and never came out?. And or never gave or checked for an online order while her behind was sitting there doing nothing..,,
First time visiting this location. I was unfamiliar with the location and used Google Maps to find my way there. I, at first thought that Maps was wrong, never seen a WH that had the yellow lettering but dark red on the outside. I live in Harnett County and the WH are different here, so I was happy to see a different color scheme; I've been in Knightdale before to stay and eat, I never knew that there was a WH,I mainly stayed around The Hampton Inn area when my fiance was in the Army Reserves. I had my 3 children with me and we really enjoyed our experience here. The service and food was really great (3 of us ordered scattered, chunked, and diced hashbrowns, nice and crispy, not slathered and soaked in butter where it would leave our plates a mess (I'm sure others would know what I'm talking about) , my daughter had the hamburger, she loved it)the restaurant was clean, I mean really clean right down to the bathrooms! All the employees are really nice, our server kept our drinks full, and checked on us to make sure things were good. I thank y'all for great hospitality and if I'm ever back that way we will be back!
