Saltgrass Steak House - Knightdale

My steak was very good and The service was fantastic. I do recommend that you get the quail bites.

Since Saltgrass is a steakhouse, I assume thehy know how to cook a steak. I ordered filet medium well, I got medium rare. Took it back and got medium. Did not bother returning it. My daughter ordered steak, that had three pieces, medium, and got one piece medium and the other two medium rare. Took it back and got back a burnt well done and two burnt mediums. My son ordered his steak medium rare and got his brought out rare. He didn’t even have them try cooking it again. Being a steakhouse, how can you mess up so many times in one order? At other restaurants, if a manager knew steak was brought back, they would have came over to check on you. The manager didn’t even bother. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. We are sticking with Long horn.

Great food, even better service and dessert. Save room for the cheesecake! Make a reservation, you won’t be disappointed!

The food is consistent but just be aware they will not provide bread unless you dine in. They seem to always have a shortage.
