Orangerie: unannounced closed due to refurbishment Kellerbar: unannounced closed due to renovation on the double room: a chair for two guests the bed: with only 1.60m width in double room not necessary, which is expected in the "Schlosszimmer"; with open window all paths were locked in the room. Concierge: unfriendly and not for guests. The friendly service had to get the coals out of the fire. Breakfast time: only 30 minutes, as guests were not distributed to all rooms Cleanliness: in the entire hotel dust and spider webs a monthly supply of dried insects is carried in the room on the window bench: already in the entrance hall of the expired carpet, which was probably there since the 90s.
Beautiful hotel, fantastic parks... but it was already positive. Although the staff is very friendly, it has no idea of hospitality and gastronomy. The breakfast buffet at Motel One is more versatile and qualitatively better. No trace of service and no need to fulfill a service. Check the main thing and look back as soon as possible... this feeling is conveyed to you here. For a night quite nice (because of the building and the parking lot), but that was it. Everything else is a disaster.

A really stylish ambience, the right thing for a few quiet and relaxing hours. We felt very comfortable. I can only recommend this fairytale castle; you feel like in Downton Abbey; . All services were to our fullest satisfaction. Thank you.
