Rustic Slice - Kitchener

This was my first visit to Rustic Slice for lunch during the week. The service is fun and upbeat and makes for a nice atmosphere. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meal and the lunch card (buy 5 get 1 free) will ensure that we will return. My only suggestion is to ensure the lunch menu can be delivered quickly because a lot of people have a 12 - 1 lunch. I look forward to returning soon.

As others have indicated, this is not a discount joint. However, if you don't mind paying extra for quality and excellent customer service, that's certainly what you get! My husband and I ordered a gluten free medium pizza with three toppings and it came to just over $20. The gluten free base tasted awesome (and those who eat GF know that this can be a challenge to find) and we liked that they don't add sugar to their dough or to the sauce. Love that everything is handmade from scratch and they use the best quality ingredients. You wait a little longer, but it's worth it. Because it was our first visit they offered us two complimentary dipping sauces. When they made an error on our pizza (forgot to reduce the cheese), they noticed it right away and made us a new one, sending us home with both. We will most definitely order pizza here again, and probably try the salad bar everyone is raving about. Kudos, Rustic!

I got a pizza for the first time here last week. I didn't see the pizza until after I paid. I was a little shocked. $25 for a medium (which at many places would be considered the size of an individual pizza).The pizza itself was good but I ordered gluten free crust and within a couple hours and the entire next day, I was sick.I called to tell them what had happened...Maybe they had messed up the crust or something, who knows. They said thank you for calling to let them know.I probably won't be back just based on this customer service. The toppings were fresh but being sick for almost 2 days afterwards was not worth it and them not willing to offer anything, well that was just the cherry on top.

I've been raving about this place since I went there this Thursday. The service is great, atmosphere is really nice and the poutine and pizza are amazing! The Bacon Carbonara pizza is so delicious. The scrambled eggs add so much flavor and not something I would ever think to put in a pizza. They have the largest selection of pizzas I've ever seen and top notch quality. The dough is perfect and the toppings are delicious. Their house made dipping sauces also add an extra touch. The dill is my favorite so far. I would highly recommend this place if you love pizza. They also carry a large selection of healthy salads.

Pizza is wonderful, service on the other hand is lacking. I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up, 1 large and one medium. My husband came home with 2 medium pizzas and we had been charged for large. I called, the lady I spoke with Kindly apologized and offered a free large pizza for our troubles. I called in the following week, ordered 2 pizzas, a medium and a large again. Was told over the phone that the large pizza was free and I would be charged for the medium (not a problem at all! Was a medium with 3 toppings). My husband came home with the correct pizza, but, we were over charged again. A medium 3 topping pizza is 9.95 plus tax. We were charged 19.00. Speaks for itself.
