Bidra med feedbackAs a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the products and service at Tim Hortons. However, this incident left me feeling disheartened. While I understand that businesses have policies, denying access to basic human needs like restroom facilities is unacceptable, especially when it is required by Canadian regulations for customers to have access. What upset me even more was the attitude of the senior employee who refused me access. Their tone was condescending, and they did not try to understand or empathize with my situation. It is disappointing to see long-time employees representing the brand in such an unprofessional manner. I believe that a fundamental part of customer service is treating patrons with respect and empathy, and sadly, this experience did not meet those standards. Tim Hortons has always been known for its welcoming atmosphere, but this recent encounter shattered that perception. I hope that this review provides constructive feedback for the management to address these issues. Customer satisfaction is crucial, and I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I have faith that Tim Hortons can restore its reputation for exceptional service.

Went threw the drive thru, when I got home this was my ‘large’ French vanilla.
I asked for a sleeve for my coffee and the drive through lady gets rude that why I didn’t ask for it when i was ordering i was like okk am sorry but you should give it with the coffee cup for the convenience of your customers.... i will not come back to this location…
I just don't remember the name but the girl who served me in the late evening was so sweet and polite. It's very hard to see such happy and welcoming faces!
