I accidentally spilled my iced drink on the floor and caused quite a mess. Despite my mishap, the staff was incredibly friendly and replaced my drink at no extra cost, even though I offered to pay for it. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience I caused. This Tim Hortons location is now my favorite. Thank you!

Had a lovely time with my niece at this restaurant. We enjoyed coffee, muffins, bananas, and carrot dishes.

I asked for a sleeve for my coffee and the drive through lady gets rude that why I didn’t ask for it when i was ordering i was like okk am sorry but you should give it with the coffee cup for the convenience of your customers.... i will not come back to this location…

Is zero stars an option!!??Maybe we should start teaching staff how to properly make the new summer drinks. I've had the oreo iced capp numerous times, at different locations and it always looked and tasted the same. Whatever was served to me at this location wasn't an oreo iced capp.What I got was a normal iced capp with a little squirt of whipped cream and a few oreo crumbs.Come on Tim's be better!!! It's coffee, it shouldn't be this hard!!
