Pizza Restaurants - Kissimmee

We are Cici's lovers and have visited more locations than I can count. This location is far from our favorite. We arrived a little after 12 P.M. and there were several people already in the restaurant. The problem was there were only a couple pizzasout (see attached pictures). About 15 minutes after we arrived they did start bringing out some pizzas but they were just basictopping that we could get anywhere. I encourage this team to train with any other location on 192 because they are all betterthan this location.

The staff seemed miserable, not a smile on sight but they were courteous. Waited about 25 minutes to get my order but I was able to enjoy the buffet. For the price I don't think it was worth it but my family did enjoy the time together and ate alot.

The customer service was really good : this kind lady at the register (her name is Mia she was so kind to us since the start really friendly and charismatic, the food was also really good 1000/10 overall thank you for the good service and thanks to herfor such a good customer service!! : we both enjoyed the food. (this was our first time coming to this cicis and ive got to sayits the best one ive been to

Went yesterday 10/11 in the afternoon for lunch , the manager was a older gentleman who was amazing I loved how he worked kept his crew working and just over all making sure everything was clean and everyone was taken care of.

No one wears gloves when you make it or fill the salatable. the manager is there and has no gloves yet and says no one to wear them. very careless soda machine is nasty.
