Burger King - Kissimmee

I ordered an Impossible Burger and eagerly dug in, amazed at how much it resembled a regular burger in flavor. However, a few bites in, I started to feel a tightness in my throat due to my allergy to red meat (a real condition caused by a tick bite). We compared my burger with my cousin's Impossible Burger, and it was clear they were not the same. It's been nearly 20 years since my last visit to Burger King, so I had no idea what to expect, aside from my cousin's enthusiastic recommendations. It's safe to say I won’t be returning for another two decades—or ever.

I feel sorry for the staff at this restaurant. They are seriously understaffed and could use some assistance. The food is good, but the wait times are quite long. I noticed the manager hustling between the front, the drive-thru, and the kitchen, as well as a woman who was moving back and forth between the front and the drive-thru to take orders. If anyone is looking for part-time work or is interested in picking up extra shifts for some extra cash, I encourage them to apply and lend a hand. Given that the area is bustling with tourists, this place shouldn’t be running so slowly.

The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slower service, and they had run out of many chicken dishes. However, they provided chicken fries as an alternative to the nuggets. Once the food was served, it was quite tasty, and the staff continued to be friendly during our entire visit.

I had a great experience with the fast and friendly service at this restaurant. I choose this location for a specific reason: I never have to wait long for my food, unlike other fast food places in the area where I could wait 20 minutes or longer. However, one area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the dining area, particularly around the beverage station.
