The two stars are that they usually get the food order right. the details they missed were huge and influenced my experience. I ordered blue cheese with my wings. of them. no one was in the bag, then the chips and salsa. the salsa was frozen. disappointed because otherwise I love this chain and until then only made positive experiences.

We always love to go to bww when on hols. this time at this exit....it's pretty sucked. some serious front of the house personnel retraining required to search customers. the food was cold when we got it and looked like it was flying together. very poor if they expect to have a tipp at the time of ordering their food! it has set us off from this place, we will try another one at our next visit, hopefully it is only isolated to this industry. I was what was done by the experience, I would rather go to mcdonald’s!

I wish I could set zero stars. the service at this place sucked. my wife and I made an online purchase order, got into the load to the particular time and wounded until an hour wait to get our food. Even when we got our food, there was no soaking on the wings and they did not give us the flavors we ordered with our food. when we told the manager that she wasn't apologetic or seemed like she had even taken care of, and the girl that gave us our food insisted that she put the things in there when she obviously didn't. would not recommend this place at all. for real, if you want fast service, do not go here.

Party of 5. not at a busy time. all our commands came 5 minutes apart. had to wait for cutlery. they have offered my order wrong 2x then to make it back to male. at this time the family was made to eat. I decided to just forget it. they took my orders from the sack, then accused me for my side, which came with the grief. very unsatisfactory.

I consider that this place is poor in attention and quality of food, because many are going to ask?. ok this was my experience I got to the place I had to wait many minutes for someone to attend, after many minutes of waiting the cashier arrived I started making the order to ask for a combo of wings she told me she was going to check if there was an order it took a while like at the beginning of the beginning time, when I pick up my order which I asked for a single flavor of wings when I arrive at my house it seemed reheated wings and of a different flavor, which I imagine are recycled wings and the potatoes still did not feel fresh, to my opinion the clerk is doing something selling recycled food, pay attention, bite, cut the wings that are left on the plates, you never know what they give you to take away
