I was surprised when I took my sons to this restaurant for a treat a few days ago and realized I had forgotten my bank card. Luckily, I had enough cash in the car to pay for a dozen doughnuts. However, I was disappointed to discover that they do not accept cash as payment. My sons were even more shocked than I was. It seems that money is not accepted as currency at this establishment. It's a shame because the doughnuts looked delicious. I gave it a 3-star rating for the window shopping experience, but I deducted 2 stars for the disappointment factor.
Visited yesterday afternoon and the staff were so cheerful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful. It was clean, warm and welcoming.
Poor retail manager, doesn't have a clue what she’s doing in the job. Hence why over 6 people have left the company in 4 months. Stock always missing. Staff demotivated, retail manager lazy. At least 1 trolley full of donuts goes in bin every night hence how poor this retail manager is, always writing in group please stop taking stock but people still do it people still chat rubbish behind ur back when ur not here about how awful u are. U may as well just leave the company
This place is the ONE if you love donuts the staff are always very friendly the donuts are very good Especially if they have just come out of the oven!
