Costa Coffee - Kirklees

The store was closed 2 hours after their opening time. So had to use the drive through. The staff member was very abrupt and rude with a lack of passion. Items where missed that we had order and had to reorder an item.

Costa coffee is the closest coffee shop to where I work so I’m in there quite often. The drinks are always perfect and I never have any complaints. However, the place is not clean at all! The toilets are disgusting and there’s always a queue because they’ve locked the door to one of the toilets. This should surely mean that they should be checking up in the other toilet more often? However, the state of it shows they don’t do this and it honestly ruins the shop! There’s also a hoover and a cleaning caddy left near the toilets but don’t seem to be used very often.

Extremely well controlled Covid system and very strict good. The staff brilliant and the place good Toilets superb everything being cleaned very throroughly. Tables spotless and cleaned before sitting. Coffee and food of the usual standard high. Excellent in every way

Not happy at all, went for a large latte with r kid. Coffee was below par, tables were dirty, people arguing over the toilets. Very distressing experience. Advise going across the road to bossmen at Cafe Nero.

Came in with my mate, paid for 2 medium latès. They over charged us by £2. Awfully rude staff. Coffee tasted dreadful. Would not recommend, if you want a lovely place to have a coffee go to cafe Nero, which is situated 20 seconds over the street
