Santa Fe Mexican Grill Cantina Totem Lake

I've been here many times and the food is always excellent. It's the most authentic Mexican food I've had in this area. The drinks tend to be quite strong so plan accordingly. I'm really glad I wasn't driving that night.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Washington and I've been to most of them. Delicious food, large portions. You feel that you're getting good value for what you pay. Even the free chips salsa are great! Love the service too they'll call you senor/senora/senorita : Shrimp wrapped in bacon is my favorite!

I walked down from Kingsgate to watch the UFC fights at the dive bar next door. I was a bit early and thought I would try this place for dinner. I was glad I did! I settled on the Al Pastor Burrito. It was lovely. The meat had little charred bits in it, that really made it nice. The chips, and salsa were on point. I was consigns of price, but I had a beer, and dinner, and was able to get out of here for $23.02. That included a 20% tip, so I would say I got a good value.

Best Mexican in Kirkland in terms of quality and value. It tastes fresh, the portions are huge, and the price is reasonable. It's been a couple years since I dined there in person, but I remember it being clean and comfortable.

Great service check! Amazing food check! Incredible service check! Margaritas FTW! We had the quesadilla el pastor, avocado tostada and the queso dip. We had scratch margaritas and the Tamarindo margarita. Yummmm! We had an excellent experience here twice! If you are in the area, stop here for great good, a good atmosphere and amazing margaritas.
